Ingrediente:
- 400 gr zahar
- 150 ml apa
- 3 linguri miere
- 3 linguri gem caise
- 4 oua
- 200 ml ulei
- un plic amoniac
- 150 ml lapte caldut
- un praf de sare
- o lingurita de bicarbonat
- Amestec de condimente de iarna(scortisoara, nucsoara, cuisoare, cardamon, nucsoara) dupa gust
- 20 linguri de faina
Mod de preparare:
Ardem 200 gr de zahar pana devine auriu. Adaugam 150 ml apa si restul de 200 gr zahar, amestecand pana se dizolva zaharul. Tragem de pe foc si adaugam mierea, gemul, uleiul si ouale. Amestecam pana se omogenizeaza. Adaugam peste amoniacul stins cu laptele caldut, praful de sare, lingurita de bicarbonat si condimentele, omogenizam. Punem apoi si faina si mixam totul pana devine cremoasa. Punem intr-o tava si dam la cuptorul incins in prealabil la 170 gr Celsius. Unde lasam pana se rumeneste bine. Eu am pus de data aceasta si in tava si in forme.
