Ingrediente:
- 500 gr pere coapte
- un mar
- 2 fiole esenta de rom
- 50 gr unt topit
- sucul de la o jumatate de lamaie medie
- 75 gr faina
- un plic praf de copt
- 75 gr zahar fin
- 2 oua
Ingrediente ornat:
- 200 gr zahar pudra
- sucul de la o jumatate de lamaie medie
- apa
- bombonele
- frisca lichida batuta tare
Mod de preparare:
Curatam de coaja si de cotor marul si perele, taiem fructele cubulete si le asezam intr-un bol impreuna cu zeama de lamaie si esenta de rom.
Separat batem albusurile spuma tare impreuna cu zaharul. Adaugam si galbenusurile si mai amestecam putin. Punem intr-un bol faina, praful de copt si untul topit. Amestecam bine dupa care adaugam treptat cate o ligura de spuma in compozitie. La final adaugam si fructele si turnam totul intr-o tava cu fund detasabil tapetata in prealabil cu hartie de copt. Punem tava in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 grade Celsius unde o lasam pentru 50 minute, dupa care o lasam la racit.
Frecam zaharul pudra cu sucul de lamaie, dupa care adaugam atata apa cat sa il faca usor maleabil, si il frecam cu mixerul pana isi dubleaza volumul. Turnam frostingul peste tort lasand marginile libere ca sa le ornam cu frisca. Se da tarta la cuptor o ora.
