Ingrediente:
- 500 gr faina
- 200 gr lapte caldut
- 2 oua
- 100 gr unt topit
- 25 gr drojdie proaspata sau 2 plicuri drojdie uscata
- o lingurita zahar
- o lingurita sare
- 100 gr cascaval ras, sau bucatele mici
- o legatura de leurda
- ulei de masline
- un galbenus de ou
- seminte de in sau de care aveti acasa
Mod de preparare:
Drojdia si zaharul se dizolva in lapte caldut. Separat intr-un bol se pune faina in mijlocul careia se face un cuib, in care turnam amestecul cu lapte, untul topit, cele 2 oua, sarea si framantam pana obtinem un aluat elastic. Apoi incorporam in aluat cascavalul. Intindem o foaie peste care presaram leurda tocata si apoi rulam, dupa care intindem o alta foaie si taiem cu forma. Eu am folosit o forma de inimioara. Le punem in tava si le ungem cu galbenusul de ou peste care eu am presarat seminte de in si se pun in cuptorul preincalzit la 170 grade Celsius pana se rumenesc bine.
