Ingrediente:
- 225 ml apa calduta
- un plic de drojdie uscata-7 gr
- 500 gr faina
- sare dupa gust, eu am pus o lingurita rasa
- o lingurita de zahar
- 100 ml iaurt gras
- 5 linguri ulei de masline
Mod de preparare:
Apa si drojdia le amestecam si le lasam la cald pana creste drojdia, in caz ca nu se umfla, o aruncati si puneti alta pentru ca nu e buna drojdia si nu va creste painea. Intr-un bol punem toate ingredientele mai putin uleiul de masline si framantam. Cand s-a omogenizat punem uleiul si mai framantam pana se incorporeaza acesta si se desface aluatul de pe mana. Aluatul trebuie sa fie elastic. Impartim aluatul in 3 si il impletim sau il punem direct in tava la crescut. Dupa o ora dam la cuptor la 170 grade Celsius, dupa 20 min, cand painea e putin rumenita, o dam cu apa deasupra cu o pensula, apoi o lasam pana se rumeneste bine deasupra.
