Muschiulet impletit cu sos de ciuperci

Ingrediente:
- 1 kg muschiulet porc
- 400 gr carnati proaspeti
- sare
- piper
- o ceapa mare
- 200 gr ciuperci
- 200 ml smantana lichida
- 70 ml ulei
- 30 gr unt
- 2 catei usturoi
Mod de preparare:
Se taie carnea longitudinal, apoi fiecare bucata se cresteaza in doua fasii.
Se impletesc fasiile de carne cu un carnat proaspat.
Se condimenteaza si se frige pe gratar.
Separat se pregateste sosul de ciuperci.
Ceapa si usturoiul tocate marunt se calesc in ulei cu unt, apoi se pun ciupercile taiate in patru.
Dupa ce s-au inmuiat ciupercile se pune smantana lichida.
Se da gust si se serveste cu carnea impletita.
