Ingrediente:
- 500 gr faina
- o lingurita de zahar
- un plic de drojdie
- 180 ml lapte caldut
- 60 gr unt topit
- 2 oua
- o lingurita de sare
- o lingurita rasa boia
- o lingurita rasa verdeturi mediteraneene(se poate inlocui cu oregano)
- 150 gr sunca taiata cubulete
- 100 gr mozarella
- sos dulce acrisor sau sos de rosii
Mod de preparare:
Amestecam drojdia, zaharul si laptele caldut si le lasam putin sa creasca. Punem faina intr-un bol, in mijlocul ei punem laptele cu drojdia, untul topit, ouale si condimentele dupa care incepem sa framantam pana ce aluatul nu mai e lipicios, dupa care il lasam la cald sa creasca cam 2 ore. Intindem o foaie din aluat si taiem patratele de 10×10. Punem sunca, mozarella si putin sos in mijloc dupa care prindem marginile in mijloc. Gogoasa o punem in tava tapetata cu hartie de copt cu fata in jos pana se rumenesc bine deasupra. Pofta buna!
