Ingrediente:
- 6 mere
- 190 gr zahar
- o lingurita cu varf scortisoara
- 200 gr faina
- 120 gr unt
- 70 gr zahar brun
- zahar cu scortisoara(se gaseste la Kaufland)
- o mana de nuca macinata
- cateva merisoare uscate
- o frisca batuta
Mod de preparare:
Se curata merele de coaja si de cotor. Se taie cubulete si se pun la calit impreuna cu zaharul(190 gr) si cu lingurita de scortisoara. Se lasa la foc mic timp de 30 minute amestecand ocazional. Dupa ce s-au calit se pun la racit intr-o tava medie si adaugam peste nuca macinata se merisoarele.
Amestecam cu mana faina, zaharul brun si untul pana se omogenizeaza, pastrand un aspect faramicios. Presaram aluatul peste mere fara sa il apasam. Zaharul cu scortisoara se imprastie peste crumble(pentru a forma o crusta crocanta). Se coace in cuptorul preincalzit la 170 grade Celsius timp de 40 minute.
Se serveste impreuna cu 2 cupe de frisca. Pofta buna!!!
