Ingrediente(pentru o tava medie):
- 150 gr unt
- 150 gr faina
- 220 gr zahar
- un plic praf de copt
- 250 ml lapte
- 2 cani de visine proaspete fara samburi sau visinele dintr-un compot de 800 ml(fara samburi si zeama)
- 3 plicuri zahar vanilat
- 125 gr zahar fin
- o lingura faina daca folositi fructe proaspete, 2 linguri de faina daca folositi fructe din compot
Mod de preparare:
Punem untul in tava, si punem tava 1-2 minute la cuptorul preincalzit la 160 grade Celsius, pana se topeste untul. Intr-un bol amestecam faina, zaharul si praful de copt apoi punem laptele si omogenizam totul. Turnam totul peste untul lichid din tava FARA SA AMESTECAM. Visinele le amestecam cu zaharul, faina si zaharul vanilat. Le punem in tava rasfirate peste restul ingredientelor, fara sa amestecam si dam totul la cuptor 50-60 de minute, incercand cu scobitoarea sa vedem daca e gata.
