Ingrediente:
- o varza mica
- o ceapa alba
- 300-350 gr pastrama afumata/ ciolan
- 250 ml bulion de rosii
- o lingura rasa de boia
- o ligura Delikat
- 4 linguri de ulei
- o lingura de marar tocat marunt
- o lingurita de cimbru tocat marunt
- 4 litrii de apa
Preparare:
Luam ceapa si o tocam marunt dupa care taiem afumatura cubulete, ambele le punem la calit in oala in care urmeaza sa facem ciorba. Cand ceapa s-a calit adaugam boiaua si apa. Varza o taiem cuburi si o punem la fiert in oala de ciorba si adaugam delikatul. Dupa ce varza s-a inmoiat adaugam bulionul si mai lasam sa dea un clocot. La sfarsit adaugam cimbru si marar si mai lasam sa fiarba putin.
Se serveste cu sau fara smantana.
