Ingrediente:
- 1 kg de carne tocata amestec de vita cu porc
- 4 oua
- 6 catei de usturoi tocati marunt
- o bucata de 15 cm de praz feliata subtire
- miezul de la 10 felii de paine
- 6 fire de patrunjel tocate marunt
- 3 lingurite de susan
- 1 lingurita piper
- Sare sau Delikat dupa gust
- Ulei pentru prajit
Mod de preparare:
Se inmoaie miezul de paine in apa dupa care se stoarce bine pana nu mai curge apa din el. Punem toate ingredientele inclusiv miezul inmuiat intr-un bol mare si le framanta pana capata o consistenta omogena.
Din bol luam compozitie cu o lingura de supa cu varf si formam bilute care le prajim in ulei incins.
