Ingrediente:
- 3 oua intregi
- 2 galbenusuri
- 125 gr mascarpone
- 100 gr unt topit
- 150 gr zahar
- 2 linguri cu varf cacao neagra
- 200 grame faina
- 1 praf de copt
- o fiola esenta de rom
Ingrediente crema:
- 2 albusuri
- 10 linguri zahar pudra
- 100 grame fulgi de cocos
- esenta de rom
 Deoarece se apropie Pastele m-am gandit sa fac niste briose mai speciale tinand cont ca noi suntem mari fani briose. Am folosit reteta standard de briose Rafaello pe care o gasiti aici , cu mentiunea ca am folosit cocos colorat. De jucat m-am jucat si cu aluatul putin o parte fiind facute cu cacao, o parte cu vanilie sau chiar jumate cacao, jumate vanilie 🙂
 Sper sa va placa reteta mea de briose, asa ca va doresc: pofta buna!
