Ingrediente:
- 300 gr faina
- 200 ml iaurt
- 130 gr zahar
- 2 plicuri zahar vanilat
- 2 oua
- 100 ml ulei
- un praf de copt
- un praf de sare
- 200 gr dulceata de caise
Mod de preparare:
Zaharul, zaharul vanilat, iaurtul, uleiul si ouale se pun intr-un bol si se omogenizeaza bine cu mixerul. Adaugam faina, praful de copt si praful de sare si omogenizam cu mixerul. Intr-o tava de briose punem hartiutele si le umplem pe jumatate, apoi punem cate o lingurita de dulceata si completam pana la 3/4 din cosulet. Se coc 20-30 minute in cuptorul preincalzit la 170 grade Celsius pana se rumenesc, dupa care se scot la uscat pe un gratar.
