Ingrediente:
- 450 gr faina
- 2 nectarine feliate
- 200 gr crema de branza
- 4 oua
- 150 ml lapte condensat
- 150 gr unt topit
- 150 gr zahar
- 50 gr zahar pudra
- 3 plicuri zahar vanilat
- un praf de copt
Mod de preparare:
Se mixeaza laptele cu ouale si untul topit. Separat intr-un bol se amesteca faina, cu zaharul tos, zaharul pudra, zaharul vanilat si praful de copt, apoi amestecam cele doua compozitii si le mixam impreuna. La final adaugam crema de branza si esenta de vanilie si mai mixam pana obtinem un aluat omogen.
Spalam nectarinele, le uscam cu prosop absorbant, indepartam samburele si le feliem subtire.
Punem formele de hartie in tava de briose, le umplem trei sferturi cu aluat si ornam cu bucatele de nectarine tavalite prin faina. Introducem formele in cuptorul preincalzit la 170 grade Celsius si le lasam pentru aproximativ 25-30 minute. Verificam cu o scobitoare daca sunt gata( daca aluatul se lipeste de scobitoare inseamna ca mai trebuie lasate in cuptor. Cand se racesc le pudram cu zahar pudra vanilat.
