Ingrediente:
- 200 gr faina
- 100 gr zahar
- 100 ml suc de lamaie proaspat stors
- 1 lingura coaja de lamaie
- 100 gr unt topit
- 2 oua
- 1 plic praf de copt
- 2 plicuri zahar vanilat
- 1 fiola esenta de vanilie
- lamaie confiata taiata cubulete
Mod de preparare:
Se pune cuptorul la incins la 180 grade Celsius.
Intr-un bol cu peretii inalti puneti toate ingredientele. Mixati pana compozitia este omogena. Se umplu 3/4 formele de briose unse in prealabil cu ulei/unt si tapetate cu faina sau direct cu hartie de briose. Lamaile confiate se pun in mijloc si se apasa usor cu o lingurita pana le acopera aluatul. Se introduc in cuptorul preincalzit pentru 20 min la 170 grade Celsius. Eu le-am ornat cu fondant si floricele de pasta de zahar, se pot orna cu ciocolata sau pur si simplu cu zahar pudra.
