Ingrediente:
- 250 gr faina
- 100 gr zahar pudra vanilat
- 150 gr unt topit
- 30 gr cacao
- 1 fiola esenta migdale
- 1 plic praf de copt
- un varf de cutit de sare
- migdale macinate
- migdale feliate pentru decor
Mod de preparare:
Se amesteca praful de copt cu faina. In mijlocul gramajoarei de faina se adauga zaharul vanilat, esenta de migdale, untul topit si putina sare. Amesteca bine pana obtii o pasta omogena.
Imparte compozitia in doua si amesteca o parte cu cacao. Se ruleaza pana capata forma unui cilindru si se presara deasupra migdale macinate. Impacheteaza cele 2 parti in film alimentar sau punga pentru congelator si lasa-le la rece aproximativ o ora jumate. Dupa repaus tai galustele in rondele de 5 mm diametru.
