Ingrediente:
- 140 gr unt moale
- 175 gr zahar
- 1 ou
- 1 fiola esenta de vanilie
- 225 gr faina
- un plic praf de copt
- 2 plicuri budinca de vanile
- o tableta de ciocolata alba
Mod de preparare:
Incingeti cuptorul la 180 grade Celsius. Tapetati o tava mare cu hartie de copt(daca nu aveti o tava mare folositi doua tavi medii). Se amesteca untul cu zaharul folosind mixerul de bucatarie. Adaugam oul si vanilia si mixam in continuare. Intr-un alt bol combinam faina cu praful de copt si praful de budinca si apoi le incorporam in amestecul deja format.
Rupem ciocolata in bucati o presaram peste aluat si framantam cu mana. Formam bilute de aluat de marimea unei nuci, le asezam in tavile gata pregatite lasand loc intre ele pentru a se extinde. Se lasa la cuptor 12-15 minute pana devin aurii. Se scot din cuptor si se lasa la racit.
