Ingrediente:
- 125 gr. Afine, proaspete sau congelate, eu personal prefer congelate
- 4 oua
- 250 gr. Mascarpone
- 125 gr. zahar tos
- 2 plicuri zahar vanilat
- 250 gr. faina
- 1 plic praf de copt

Mod de preparare:
Se freaca mascarponele cu zaharul tos si zaharul vanilat, pana devine spuma. Incorporam apoi ouale in compozitie si mai mixam 1 min. La final se adauga faina impreuna cu praful de copt si se omogenizeaza bine pana devine o compozitie cremoasa, in care se introduc parte din afine, se lasa cateva separat, de presarat in tava.






Se toarna toata compozitia intr-o tava rotunda sau o tava de chec, pe fundul careia se presara cateva afine, apoi se pune la copt in cuptorul preincalzit la 170 grade Celsius pana devine rumena deasupra
