Ingrediente:
Blat:
- 4 oua
- 60 gr zahar
- 2 plicuri zahar vanilat
- 4 linguri de apa
- 100 gr faina
- 2 linguri cu varf cacao
- o fiola esenta de rom
Ingrediente:
- 50 gr unt
- 1 lamaie
- 170 gr zahar
- 200 ml lapte
- faina un pahar de 200 ml
- 50 gr zahar nuca de cocos
- 3 oua
- un plic de zahar vanilat
Ingrediente:
Pentru o foaie(trebuie coapte 3 foi):
- 2 albusuri
- 40 gr zahar fin
- 5 gr faina
- 40 gr alune de padure, tocate/macinate grosier(se pot folosi si nuci sau migdale)
Crema 1:
- 6 galbenusuri
- 120 gr zahar fin
- 2 plicuri zahar vanilat
- 340 ml lapte
- 20 gr faina
- 150 ml frisca lichida(recomand Meggle)
Crema 2:
- 300 ml frisca lichida
- 150 gr zahar fin
- 120 gr alune de padure tocate grosier
- o fiola esenta de rom
