Ingrediente pentru 500 gr. aluat:
- 400 gr. faina alba “000”
- 200 ml apa
- 1/2 cub drojdie
- 6 lungurite ulei de masline extravirgin
- 1 lingurita zahar
- 1 praf de sare
Metoda de preparare:
Dizolvati drojdia sfaramata in apa calduta.
Adaugam un praf de sare, zaharul si uleiul de masline si amestecam bine cu o lingurita.
Asezati faina in forma de fantana si turnati peste compozitia.
Framantati aluatul bine si formati din el o bila care apoi o presarati cu faina si pune-ti la crescut 2 ore langa o sursa de caldura.
Dupa ce a crescut aluatul intindeti din el o foaie si il punteti intr-o tava gata tapetata. Daca doriti sa fie aluatul pufos se mai lasa o jumatate de ora la crescut. Daca doriti sa faceti pizza rotunde impartiti aluatul in 2 sau 3 parti egale in functie de tava.
